#149: DBT for Children with Early Adversity with Carol Lozier, LCSW

It's a myth that all "behavioral therapy" is inappropriate for child with early adversity. Carol Lozier, LCSW joins us this week to talk about how DBT-C can be used alongside connected parenting to help our kids fill gaps in the regulation skills. Carol Lozier MSW LCSW is a psychotherapist and author of four books. She is a clinical social worker in private practice in Louisville, Kentucky. Ms. Lozier has spent over thirty years counseling children, teens and adults in the issues of trauma, and adoption and foster care. Carol is intensively trained in DBT.
